Edible Book Festival ~ Free, Family-friendly, and Delicious In-Person
What is an Edible Book Festival? Check out these videos of past events:

Book lovers and foodies are invited to design a literary themed sweet or savory dish and bring it to the library to be exhibited and eaten. All are welcome to enter a dish or stop in to enjoy the results.
Please register by April 4. To enter your concept for the festival, please review the instructions and fill out the form below.
Prizes will be awarded at 1:30pm. Entries will be judged on originality and creativity, skill and construction, visual appeal, taste, and adherence to the book theme. The judging committee will have representatives from the Library Staff, Board of Trustees, and community members.

- Best in Show ~ Prize Sweet Reads: A Literary Cookbook by Adam Pinheiro
- Best Literary Theme ~ Prize The Emily Dickinson Cookbook: Recipes from Emily's Table Alongside the Poems That Inspire Them by Arlyn Osborne

Instructions:
- Create edible art inspired by a favorite book, a pun on a famous title, in the shape of a book, etc.
- Provide a recipe card with a list all ingredients
- Bring a copy of the book or request the library to provide one
- Family-friendly concepts
- Dish should be delivered to the library the day of the festival between 10:00am to 11:30am
