Youthful Yogis In-Person

For kids in Kindergarten thru 5th Grade

In our fun and engaging yoga class, kids will stretch, bend, and twist through exciting yoga poses, boosting their strength, flexibility, and coordination. They’ll also discover cool breathing and visualization techniques that help them relax, focus, and find their inner calm. With every session, they’ll feel more energized, confident, and super happy!
