Founder's Day Celebration In-Person
Celebrate Founders Day at Sarah Hull Hallock! And the theme is... cider!
Taylor Reid, Assistant Professor of Applied Food Studies at the Culinary Institute of America, will be presenting The Unique History of Apples and Cider in the Hudson Valley, in the spirit of the towns of Marlboro and Milton that rich with many, many apple orchards.
Locally sourced refreshments will be offered to those over 21 following the presentation.
